The Bangkok office provides high-level legal services in Thailand in collaboration with local attorneys, supporting Japanese, Thai, and international businesses with inbound and outbound transactions, corporate matters, dispute resolution, tax, regulatory, M&A, and other business-law services. Nishimura & Asahi first established its Bangkok presence in 2013 and significantly expanded its Thailand practice through the integration of SCL Law Group in 2019.
